A Dreamy Destination Wedding in Mallorca: The Story of Hannah and Megan's Big Day (2026)

Love knows no bounds, and neither does a dream wedding! Imagine returning to the very place where your engagement began, but this time, it's for a breathtaking destination wedding. This is exactly what happened when Hannah and Megan decided to tie the knot in the stunning island of Mallorca.

Planning a wedding, especially a destination one, can be a monumental task. But these brides had a secret weapon: the incredible team of Laura Martinez and Cristina Tuoroes from Wedding Moore. As Megan gushes, "They were truly outstanding in their ability to bring our vision to life and help us navigate this process." Laura adds that they surpassed all expectations.

But here's where it gets controversial... Choosing the perfect wedding attire is a deeply personal journey. Hannah collaborated with her best friend, Kirsty Oriel, to create a bespoke dress. "It was incredibly special to choose the lace (which she hand-dyed to the perfect shade of champagne), the fabric, and have that time together to build a dress that was deeply personal," Hannah shares. Megan, opting for elegance, found her dream dress from The Own Studio. They also incorporated sentimental jewelry from family and friends. For the shoes, Hannah chose Loewe heels, which she said were comfortable all night.

And this is the part most people miss... The ceremony itself was a testament to their close-knit relationships. Megan's brother officiated the ceremony, creating a deeply personal and loving space. After exchanging vows, surrounded by loved ones and the Mallorcan landscape, the celebration continued with a cocktail reception.

"Our main priority was to ensure our guests felt utterly spoiled from the moment they arrived," Megan says, highlighting their focus on creating an unforgettable experience. The evening was filled with dancing, laughter, and tears of joy. Embracing the local culture, they included paella show cooking and local Catalan dishes on the menu.

Music played a pivotal role in setting the mood. They booked the Mallorcan band Free Magic, ensuring everyone hit the dance floor. They also enlisted talented friends, including queer icon Zooey Gleaves (a.k.a. Lagoon), Amsterdam-based garage DJ Saidah, and Matt Clarke, to keep the energy high throughout the night.

Reflecting on the weekend, the overwhelming feeling was gratitude and love. "From the start, our main focus for the wedding was centered entirely on our loved ones, and we poured immense thought into every detail," Hannah explains. Having been a bridesmaid many times, she knew what made a wedding truly special. "Above all, I wanted to ‘pay that back’ by ensuring everyone had an unforgettable experience. I truly believe we achieved this, and my only regret is that we can’t do it all over again!"
